Can I camp overnight at Citadel?
No, it is not possible to camp at Citadel.

Can I take in my own food and drink to Citadel?
We’re afraid not – there is a large range of delicious food and drink facilities within the festival. You may bring an empty bottle to fill at one of our water points onsite.

I have an enquiry regarding my tickets, who do I speak to?
You need to contact the ticket agency that you purchased your ticket from. Please see the ticketing section of the website for a list of authorised ticket agents.

Can I come to Citadel if I am under 18?
Yes but you must be accompanied by a person who is 18 years of age or over. Please click here for full Age Restriction details. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that this is not an 18 + event.

The following ID can be used as proof of age for entering the site:
• Current Passport
• Current UK Driver’s License or Provisional License
• VALIDATE UK   (must be a pass card with a hologram – details on www.pass-scheme.org.uk)
• CitizenCard
• Oyster Photocard
• NUS Card
• A National identity card

Child (0-5 years) – FREE OF CHARGE

Junior (6-11) – £5 Junior Ticket

Full price is 12+ years.

Can I smoke at Citadel?
The same regulations apply at Citadel as the rest of the country – you can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Look out for the ‘No Smoking’ signs.

If I leave Citadel can I get back in?
No, there is no re-entry into the festival whatsoever.

I would like my band/act to play at Citadel, who should I contact?
We have already programmed the full line-up for Citadel 2018 so unfortunately there is no opportunity for further acts. Please see the line-up page for further details.

What time is last entry to Citadel?
Last entry to Citadel is 8PM, so please make sure you are in the queue sufficiently in advance of this time.

Are dogs allowed into the event?
No pets are allowed within the event site. Assistance Dogs, however, will be permitted
